OCTOBER 15- Chapter Membership Affiliation completed for inclusion in the HOSA 100 Club
OCTOBER 27– Western Region Fall Leadership Conference-South College
NOVEMBER 2-6 – OFFICIAL HOSA WEEK – Chapter may select any week to be “HOSA Week” at their school)
NOVEMBER 2-20 – Pre-Conference Online Testing registration CLOSES 6:00PM on 11/20/26.
NOVEMBER 5 – PENN HOSA Competitive Event Mentors Zoom 7:00PM

DECEMBER 11-18 – Secondary Preparatory Pre-Conference Online Testing (for any competitive events requiring a test. Testing serves as
competitor preparation and not a qualifier for the State Leadership Conference (SLC). Must be an affiliated member to participate
JANUARY TBA – Penn HOSA Foundation Scholarship application available at www.pahosafoundation.org
JANUARY 15-22, 2027 – PS/COLLEGIATE Preparatory Pre-Conference Online Testing
JANUARY 20, 2027 – STATE OFFICER CANDIDATE VIRTUAL INFORMATION SESSION 7:00PM. Zoom Link will be sent to Advisors to share.
FEBRUARY 1-26 – SLC Registration CLOSES 2/26/27 at 6:00PM All membership affiliation fees must be paid prior to conference registration!
