HOW TO START A HOSA CHAPTER

Members must be enrolled in an approved Health Science Technology Program or ancillary programs in either Secondary, Postsecondary or Collegiate Division.

Types of Chapters

There must be an Adult Advisor and at least five members to affiliate as a chapter.

State and National Fees for each member are as follows:

            State Fees                    $5.00
            National Fees              10.00

                        Total for each member including advisor =   $15.00

You will then be required to contact National HOSA (Jeff.Koeninger@hosa.org) to receive a charter number and a password so that you can affiliate on line.
